How Guided Execution Works
Each week, you submit a structured check-in that includes:

- Execution notes (what felt effective, what felt off).
- Specific decision points (exercise changes, nutrition adjustments, progression questions).
I review your submission and respond with a voice note. Written clarification is included when helpful. Responses are direct, contextual, and focused on execution.
This is not an ongoing conversation. It is intentional, bounded guidance delivered on a predictable cadence.
Communication Rules
All communication happens through WhatsApp.
You submit one structured weekly check-in. I respond within 24–48 hours (business days).
Responses are delivered primarily via voice notes.
This is not unlimited messaging or daily access. Questions outside the check-in should be included in the next submission unless they are time-sensitive and execution-critical.
The structure exists to keep guidance focused and prevent urgency creep.
Program Structure
The program runs for 8 weeks.
You submit one weekly check-in (8 total).
Each cycle follows the same rhythm: you execute, you submit, I review, you adjust.
Eight weeks is long enough to establish consistency and see clear direction, while remaining focused and contained.
Scope: What This Supports and What It Does Not
Included:
- Training decisions (exercise selection, progression, deload timing).
- Nutrition decisions (protein targets, meal structure, adjustments for stress or travel).
- Execution clarity (plateau troubleshooting, form review via video if needed, strategic pivots).
- System alignment (ensuring execution matches the ratio-first framework and real-life constraints).
Explicitly excluded:
- Live calls.
- Daily or real-time messaging.
- Therapy, emotional processing, or consciousness work.
- Emergency support.
This is execution-focused guidance. It supports application of the system within defined boundaries.
